SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACTS:
Participants wishing to make scientific presentations are
invited to submit their abstracts for presentation on or before

ABSTRACT FORMAT:
- The title of the paper should be centred, double spaced and
the name(s) of author(s) and the institution where the work was
done should be indicated. The name of the author to present the
paper at the conference should be indicated.
- The abstract should not exceed 200 words.
NB: All the abstracts received would be acknowledged and the
authors informed by 31st December, 2005 if their abstracts are
accepted for presentation at the conference.
PRIZES:
- Ethicon prize shall be awarded to the best overall paper.
- WAHO prizes shall be awarded to the best paper presented by
trainees in the various faculties. Contestants for all the
prizes should apply to the Chairman of the LOC with a copy of
the full paper not later than 31st December 2005.
REGISTRATION:
Registration could be at the conference venue or by filling
registration form and submitting to the addresses above along
with the conference fee of $150. This fee includes the cost of
lunch from 6-10 February 2006 as well as the annual dinner.
Registration fee for each accompanying guest is $50.
